Crisis & Destabilization Protocol

If a participant becomes emotionally destabilized beyond the scope of developmental work:

• Participation is paused immediately.
• A private conversation is held.
• External therapeutic support is strongly recommended.
• Re-entry is evaluated after stabilization.

This is not punitive.
It is protective.

The Sovereign Self Experience does not provide:

• Trauma treatment
• Crisis intervention
• Clinical mental health services

Refund & Commitment Policy

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Once the program begins, all payments are final.
• No refunds are issued for partial participation or withdrawal.

Why?

Because this is not a consumable product.

It is a contained developmental container.

Seats are limited.
Cohorts are curated.

When someone enters, they are not buying access.
They are committing to process.

And process requires full ownership.

Participate in Alignment Interview

If accepted:

• Deposit due within 48 hours
• Cohort seat secured
• Orientation scheduled

Enrollment Commitment Protocol

After acceptance:

• A non-refundable deposit $2,500 is required within 48 hours to secure the seat.
• Remaining balance due within a defined window (e.g., 7–14 days).
• If deposit is not received within 48 hours, the seat is released.
