Companion Calls offer grounded, non-therapeutic conversation for everyday life. This is a space to process your day, vent safely, explore decisions, or simply reconnect with yourself through human presence.

These sessions are rooted in meditation and inner awareness, with no diagnosing, no treatment, and no pressure to resolve everything. Just focused attention, thoughtful reflection when helpful, and space to be exactly where you are.

What You’ll Experience

Sessions are available by phone or Zoom, with flexible duration:

Extended Session        2 hours                      $160

Deep Listening Block   3 hours                      $210

Payment is required in advance. All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
