Companion Calls offer grounded, non-therapeutic conversation for everyday life. This is a space to process your day, vent safely, explore decisions, or simply reconnect with yourself through human presence.
These sessions are rooted in meditation and inner awareness, with no diagnosing, no treatment, and no pressure to resolve everything. Just focused attention, thoughtful reflection when helpful, and space to be exactly where you are.
Who This Is For
Companion Calls are ideal for people who:
Want someone to talk with, not someone to fix them
Can take responsibility for their own choices
Are seeking presence rather than rescue
Want support without clinical framing
This is not therapy, and it’s not for crisis support.

Sessions are available by phone or Zoom, with flexible duration:
Session Duration Price
By-the-Minute 1 minute increments $3/min
Single Session 1 hour $85
Extended Session 2 hours $160
Deep Listening Block 3 hours $210
Payment is required in advance. All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
How It Works

This service does not provide psychotherapy, medical advice, trauma treatment, or crisis intervention
Sessions are capped at 3 hours per day
