Use the submission email below to upload your poem, thought piece, or journal entry (PDF, DOCX, TXT, or plain text). A brief title and a short description are optional but helpful. Include your Facebook and Instagram @ to be tagged when posted.

Review & Curate

Every submission is reviewed by our editorial team to ensure it aligns with the site’s focus on mindfulness, personal development, and thoughtful exploration. We aim for timely feedback—typically within 5–7 business days.

Publication

Accepted pieces appear in the Echoes of Insight gallery, and on our social media pages where visitors can read, comment, and share. Each author receives a unique link to their published work and an option to receive notifications when comments are posted. 

Engage

Leave thoughtful comments on others’ works, participate in discussions, or join our monthly “Reflection Circle” webinars that dive deeper into selected pieces.

Submission Guidelines

Element: Requirement

Length: 1,500 words (Preferred, but there could be exceptions)  

Format: Plain text preferred; rich‑text files accepted

Content: Focus on meditation, personal growth, books, or mind expansion, thoughts, poetry. Avoid explicit political or religious propaganda unless framed within a broader reflective context. If you write about current events, please provide helpful solutions. We are looking to help heal the divide between all people. 

Originality All submissions must be original work by the author. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection. IF you must add a quote to your work, Please cite and give your source credit.

Tone: Above All, Respectful and constructive. Encourage diverse perspectives. Together we grow.
