Companion Calls are grounded, meditation-informed sessions designed to support you in everyday life. This is a space to process your day, talk through decisions, decompress, or simply reconnect with yourself without therapy, judgment, or pressure.

Can take responsibility for their own choices
Are seeking presence rather than rescue

How It Works
Book a session using the scheduler below
Show up as you are no preparation required
Lead the conversation you guide; I listen deeply, reflect, and help slow things down when life feels overwhelming
Some sessions are quiet, some emotional, some practical all are grounded in presence
Boundaries & Safety:
Non-therapeutic and not a crisis service
Does not provide psychotherapy, medical advice, or trauma treatment
Sessions capped at 3 hours per day
Payment required in advance; 24-hour cancellation policy
