     Welcome to the place where I will share information about meditation, Personal Development, Spirituality, Offer courses and coaching. Alone with some resources to help you along on your journey.  There are many plans in the works of guided meditations, groups and individual coaching in person and virtual. Meditation retreats, where you can participate in a more in-depth exploration the mind and connecting to your higher power to find guidance on you path on the journey we call life.

     We will be creating a page where we can interact share the knowledge we have as a collective.  To help each grown mentally and on a soul level. That will help us understand and evolve to not only survive, but to thrive in this ever changing world. 

     The plan will be to add more here from time to time.  Though due to the fact that we are still trying to get all the parts in place, we ask for and appreciate your patience during this time!
